blessingway





My sweet friends had a little get together for me.  Delicious food, crafting and sewing,
and lots of good conversation.  I've actually never had a baby shower or blessingway with any of 
my babies, so this was extra special.

  2. as a Doula ( and nurse) working with First Nations populations i love the history and traditions of Blessingways! Baby showers- the mainstream north American ones- seem hollow and mainly materialistic in comparison.
    So glad you had the opportunity to experience one!
